Two-row disk harrow

The concave disks (Fig. 20/1) are arranged off-
set to the direction of travel with an angle of 17°
at the front and 14° at the rear.
The mounting of the concave disks (Fig. 20/2)
consists of a two-row angular-contact ball bear-
ing with slide seal and oil filling and is mainte-
nance-free.
The following are adjustable:
The offsetting of the two disk rows can be
coordinated via the offset slide with regard
to working depth and speed. Adjustment is
made with the
AMAZONE
eccentric pin.
The working intensity of the disks via the
working depth.
The depth is set mechanically or hydrauli-
cally (optional).
The two outside disks in vertical direction.
The working depth of the outer disks can be
reduced in order to prevent dam or furrow
formation.
The elastic rubber sprung suspension of the
individual disks enables:
adaptation to soil unevenness
disks evade hard obstacles when encoun-
tered, e.g. stones
This protects the individual disks against
damage.
