9 Troubleshooting
Malfunction Indication Possible Cause Remedy
Aquajet cannot be switched on.

Battery charge level too
low.

Batteries are not in the
battery box.
● Charge battery/s.
● Install the batteries.
● Error analysis via AMAZEA-
APP
Water in the Battery Box Battery box was not closed properly. ●
Stop operation of the Aquajet
immediately.
● Dry the battery box.
● Contact the manufacturer or
specialist dealer immediately.
Motor does not work

Battery charge level too

• The maximum dive depth
has been exceeded.
● Charge the batteries.
● Bring the Aquajet to the
permitted diving depth.
Display does not work •
Battery charge level too
low.

Batteries not installed
● Charge batteries
● Install the batteries
Aquajet cannot be switched on
(batteries charged and installed).
Drive, battery or system error.
● Contact manufacturer or
specialist dealer.
● Check the complete system
using the AMAZEA APP.
Impeller does not rotate, no
thrust
Impeller blocked by foreign matter
● Remove foreign bodies, if
possible safely
● Contact manufacturer or
specialist dealer.

NOTE
Please note that batteries, seals, protective grilles, rear grilles and handles are
wearing parts.
After prolonged use, wear and tear and traces of use may also appear on the
housing, charger or battery box.
