Use the Aquajet only when accompanied or under constant supervision by
another person and do not move too far from the shore.
2.7.3 GPS
Thanks to the integrated GPS, the Aquajet can be located at any time above water with the
AMAZEA APP within the reception range of a mobile phone network (see also chapter 6
AMAZEA APP).
2.7.4 Registration / Driving Licence
In some countries a registration or a driving licence is not required for operating the Aquajet
due to its performance and under the current legal situation. In some countries
there are, however, different driving licence regulations, age limits and operating restrictions.
Therefore, always inform yourself about the local legal regulations that apply to you before
putting the Aquajet into operation. It is expressly pointed out that every operator must check the
country-specific conditions before using the Aquajet. Naturally, JAMADE GERMANY GMBH
cannot assume any responsibility for this.
2.7.5 Location of Use
As a rule, the Aquajet can also be used where the operation of watercraft with combustion
engines is prohibited. Use of the Aquajet is not allowed if local laws, municipal ordinances,
nature conservation regulations or other regulations prohibit the operation of water vehicles with
electric drive or of water vehicles in general. Therefore, please observe the local regulations
and, if necessary, obtain information from the local authorities.
