4.7 Chiller Unit Maintenance and Inspection (ML-7064A Only)

4.7.8 Cleaning the Chiller Unit Air Filter

Clean the air filter in the Chiller Unit once a month as follows: 

1

Pull out the air filter cover at the front of the Chiller Unit.

Pull the knob on the bottom of the air filter to remove it. Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner.

After cleaning it, return the air filter to its original position and attach the air filter cover.

･

When cleaning the air filter, be careful not to bend the air condenser fins. If the fins 

are bent, it may impair the Chiller Unit's cooling capacity.

･

If the air filter becomes dirty, the coolant pressure may rise, thus causing chiller 

problems. Keep the filter clean.
