4.5 FC-LD (Oscillation Unit) Inspection and Replacement

At the thermal switch, disconnect the 

relay connectors for the CN5 thermal 

switch, LD power supply, and relay. 

Before disconnection, remove each 

clamp.

Unplug the signal line connector, 

keeping it level as you pull it out.

To remove the optical fiber, loosen the 

optical fiber fixture at the back of the 

Control Unit.

Remove the clamp securing the optical 

fiber.
