HEAD
ERROR
1 . Check to see if the head and the head cable are
well assembled normally.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 2
NO : go to REPAIR 1
2 . Check to see if the HEAD-CABLE-HOUSING is
normally inserted in the connector (JP3).
YES : go to CHECK POINT 3
NO : go to REPAIR 2
3 . Check to see if the HEAD CABLE is normally
applying an electric current.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 4
NO : go to REPAIR 3
4 . After replacing the HEAD CABLE with the new one,
check to see if it is working normally.
YES : END
NO : go to REPAIR 4

. Assemble the head
cable with the head.
2 . Insert the
HEAD-CABLE-HOUSI
NG in the connector
(JP3).

. Replace the HEAD
CABLE with the new
one.

. Replace the MAIN
CONTROL
CONTROLLER with
the new one.
CUTTER
ERROR
1 . Check to see if the CUTTER-CABLE is normally
inserted in the connector (CN12).
YES : go to CHECK POINT 2
NO : go to REPAIR 1
2 . Check to see if the CUTER BLADE is positioned
down. .
YES : go to CHECK POINT 3
NO : go to REPAIR 2
3 . Check to see if the CUTTER BLADE get dusts.
YES : go to CHECK POINT 4
NO : go to REPAIR 3
4 . After replacing the CUTTER with the new one,
check to see if it is working normally.
YES : END
NO : go to REPAIR 4

. Insert the CUTTER-
CABLE in the
connector (CN12).
2 . After turning off and
on the power, check to
see if it is normally
positioned back.
3 . Remove dusts
around the CUTTER
BLADE.
4 . Replace the MAIN
CONTROL BOARD
with the new one.
