4.7 Errors and messages
Carriage open
The top cover of the printer is open.
Make sure the top cover is closed
properly.
Paper jam
This error can mean the following:
•
Out of media
Install new roll of media ( 3.3.1 )
•
No media
Install (new) roll of media ( 3.3.1 )
•
Check sensor type
Go to chapter 3.3.2
• Calibration required
Go to chapter 4.3
No Ribbon
No ribbon installed or the ink ribbon has
run out.
Go to chapter 3.2.
Can’t calibrate
A problem has occurred while
calibrating your media.
Please follow the steps in chapter 4.3.
Question
Press the feed button on the printer to
feed the media.
