Note: All communication to any connected Slave device will STOP. The
GEM80-500 must be halted before you download the configuration.

If you proceed the progress of the download will be shown, and if no problems are
encountered, the progress window will clear automatically on completion.

7.5.1

Common Error Message during Download – 170 – GEM80 RUNNING

Error 170 will occur if the host GEM80-500 Controller is running when a download is
attempted. Use a suitable programming tool such as the Advanced GEM80
Programmer to Halt the GEM80 before you attempt the download.
