2. Completely unwind the connecting cable and plug the mains plug into a
plug socket.
3. Open the door.
4. Slide the fat collecting tray into the bottom of the cooking space.
5. Select a suitable accessory for the food that is to be prepared (see the
“Accessories” chapter). You can also use a small casserole or baking
dish and place it on a baking rack.
6. Process the food and place it on / in the accessory.
7. Attach this accessory in the device (see the “Accessories” chapter).
8. Close the door.
9. Press the On / Off button. The displays on the control panel switch on.

10. Either set the temperature and cooking time manually with the buttons
+ / - and start the cooking process by pressing the On / Off button or
select one of the 10 programs.
Choose a program:
Touch the required program symbol. When it flashes, the program is activated
and the device will turn on a few seconds later. As long as the symbol is flashing,
a program change is possible. With the
On / Off button, the cooking process
can be started immediately. The symbols represent the following pre-setting’s:
