If this network cable is available, insert the network
cable's RJ45 connector into the left socket of the
control unit.
NOTE.
The network cable can be retrofitted at any time.
However, in order to connect it, the masking plate
must be removed first.
Installing and dismantling the
masking plate
INSTALLING THE MASKING PLATE
NOTE.
The masking plate is provided in its as-delivered
condition so that the control unit can be inserted
in the upper openings of the front panel.
If the control unit has been inserted in the lower
openings of the front panel, you must remove the
masking plate's dummy cover first and then reinsert
it above the logo.
Masking plate in as-delivered condition:
1 Opening for control unit
2 Logo
3 Dummy cover
Proceed as follows:
Push the masking plate
bottom first
in the slots
provided in the front panel…
Then , beginning on one side, latch the lugs on the
masking plate
from the bottom up
in the slots
provided in the front panel…
Then, on the opposite side,
latch the lugs on the
masking plate
from the bottom up
in the slots
provided in the front panel…
Finally, press the top latching lugs of the masking plate
into the slots provided in the front panel.
