Chapter 9: Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP)

5. Enter an aggregator ID number in the

Aggregator ID

field. The

number can be from 1-32.

6. Select the Load Balance Method. Choose from the following:



Src MAC

— Source MAC address as the load distribution method.



Dst MAC

— Destination MAC address as the load distribution

method.



Src-Dst MAC

— Source address and destination MAC address as

the load distribution method.



Src IP

— Source IP address as the load distribution method.



Dst IP

— Destination IP address as the load distribution method.



Src-Dst IP

— Source IP address and destination IP address as the

load distribution method.

7. Click a port number to add to the aggregator. A green check mark

indicates a port has been selected. You can select multiple ports.

To deselect a port, click the box that indicates the port number.

8. Click

Add

A confirmation message is displayed.

9. Click

SAVE

to save your changes to the startup configuration file.
