2914 Series Fiber Network Adapters with WoL Installation and User’s Guide

Ethernet@WireSpeed

The Ethernet@WireSpeed feature connects two devices even when the

devices are connected through an impaired copper cable.

Note

The setting is always disabled on the 2914 series adapter.

To view the Ethernet@WireSpeed setting, do the following:

1. Access the Advanced Properties.

See “Accessing Advanced Properties” on page 71.

2. Select

Ethernet@WireSpeed

in the Property box.

The Ethernet@WireSpeed page is displayed as shown in Figure 33.
