5. DOOR LOCK SWITCH ANALYSIS

Symptom: The WE-6 Display Reads “Close Door”

IS THE SQ3 SWITCH

CLOSING (I.E., IS

THERE A CLOSED

CIRCUIT AT J7-2-1

AND J7-2-2 ON THE

INTERFACE BOARD?

YES

THE WE-6 DISPLAY READS
"CLOSE DOOR."

CHECK THE WIRING BETWEEN THE
INTERFACE BOARD AND THE SQ3
SWITCH. IF THE WIRING IS INTACT,
REPLACE THE SQ3 SWITCH.

CHECK THE RIBBON CABLE BETWEEN
THE COMPUTER AND THE INTERFACE
BOARD. IF THE RIBBON CABLE IS
INTACT, REPLACE THE INTERFACE
BOARD.
