Network Setup –Getting Started (Continued)
For wireless networks with an Ethernet connection (kit NK320)…
i.
From the
New network controller
window, in the
Name:
textbox, enter the name of the
network controller. Refer to
Figure 4
.
NOTE: If the Name: textbox is left empty, the IP address will be entered into the
textbox when the Load Data button is clicked.

ii. In the IP Address textbox, enter the IP address.
NOTE: For remote locations, enter the router’s public IP address or the DDNS URL.
Contact the network administrator for this information.
iii. In the
Port
textbox, make sure
64206
is shown.
NOTE: If the network controller has been configured to use a port other than 64206,
enter the port number into the Port textbox.
iv. Click the
Load Data
button. After the load has been completed, the window will expand
to show additional details.
For wireless networks with a USB connection (kit NK330)…

From the
New network controller
window, in the
Name:
textbox, enter the name of the
network controller. Refer to
Figure 5
.
NOTE: If the Name: textbox is left empty, the IP address will be entered into the
