Click on the “Port 0” link.

Ensure that all the parameters are set to match the above.  When all the 
parameters are entered, check the “Make these the default settings” box and 
then click the “Submit” Button.

The setup is complete.  Turn off the MD-01/02 controller, re-install the top
cover and replace all screws.

The Ethernet module will now operate using DHCP to determine the IP address 
of the controller.
