Press the Voice mail soft-key

Now press the Gen mailbox soft-key

The screen will display the current state of the greeting

To record a new greeting

Press the Record soft-key

The display will show the time available for the recording (Max 30 seconds)

Press the Record soft-key to begin recording.

When finished press the Stop soft-key

You can listen to the greeting or re-record it

If recording is acceptable confirm by pressing the OK button

The General mailbox is ready to accept calls
