Helm

The footrests are hinged to fold against the seat base so

the operator or passenger can stand in front of each seat.

Adjustable hinges provide friction that holds the footrests in

the folded position. The hinges should be tightened if they

become loose and no longer hold the footrests in the folded

position.

Aft Facing Seats

There are two aft facing seats at the rear of the bridge deck

behind the helm and passenger pedestal seats. The bottom

seat cushions are removable to provide access to the storage

compartments and bridge deck latches below the seats. The

compartments are drained by gravity to the cockpit.

Note: All exterior cushions and coaming pads are

removable for cleaning and storage.

Helm

The steering, engine controls, engine instruments and switches

for exterior equipment and navigation lights are located on

the helm station. The helm station is designed to provide

good visibility, room for electronics and a functional helm

arrangement.

The steering helm and accessory switch panel are located on

the rear of the helm console. Binnacle controls and engine

ignition or start/stop switches are mounted on the starboard

side of the helm. Trim tab switches and high water alarm/

monitor are located on the helm below the steering wheel.

Molded-in electronics storage is located forward of the

steering wheel. Access to service the controls and to install

or service electronics is provided through an opening access

panel in the head compartment headliner below the helm.

9.4 Hardtop

The hardtop consists of a laminated fiberglass top mounted

to a welded aluminum frame that is bolted to the deck. It

is equipped with spreader lights, courtesy lights and an

overhead electronics locker. The top and frame is designed

to accommodate radio and GPS antennas, radar antennas rod

holders and outriggers.

The electronics locker is equipped with a lockable door on

the face of the locker that provides access to equipment and

accessories in the locker and protects them from the elements.

It is wired to the 12-volt DC system and equipped with a fuse

block and ground buss bar for additional electronics and DC

equipment that could be installed in the locker. Switches on

the helm side activate the overhead bridge deck lights on the

bottom of the locker or other equipment added.

Radar and electronics antennas must be mounted to the top

between the front and rear legs. Do not mount any antennas

or equipment to the brow area forward of the front legs.
