1.2 General Instructions

• The instructions for use is a component of the product. It has to be

acccessible to the user near to the product. Close adherence to these

instructions is precondition for intended use and correct handling of the

product.

• In case of damage resulting from use of third-party components or

consumables no warranty claims apply.

• Alaxo is only liable for the product in respect of safety, reliability and

functionality if it is used in compliance with the instructions for use.

• The instructions for use corresponds to the design of the product

and the applicable safety norms as of going to print. All rights are reserved

for the specified parts and components, processes, names and products.

• Full or partial reproduction subject to prior written approval by Alaxo.

1.3 General safety instructions

• The product has been developed and designed by Alaxo in such a manner

that hazards during intended use are eliminated as far as possible.

Nevertheless, we strongly recommend to strictly adhere to the following

safety precautions in order to further reduce any residual risks to a

minimum.

• It is not allowed to modifiy or reconstruct the product. In that case the CE

mark lapses. Use of altered products is prohibited. In addition, Alaxo cannot

take any warranty or liability for modified or reconstructed products. In order

to assure safe application of the product users are liable for adherence to

the instructions.

• The original packaging should be stored for any potential return shipment.

Only the original packaging ensures optimal protection of the product during

transport. Should return shipment become necessary during the warranty

period Alaxo does not take any liability for damages resulting from

insufficient packaging.

• The product must not be accessible to children.

The user has to inspect the product for functional safety and good condition

each time prior to application.

The user has to be familiar with handling of the product.

The cleaning instructions have to be observed and obeyed to. Other

cleaning procedures must not be applied.
