Do not run the appliance in

Check the water level regularly on the water level indicator and add water to the water tank (6) if the level
indicated is near the minimum marking

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Switch off the appliance
•
Disconnect the power plug (11) from the wall outlet.
•
Let the appliance cool completely.
•
Clean the outside of the appliance, when necessary, with a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent.
•
Keep the air vents of the main body free from dust or fluff. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove these when
necessary or make use of a damp cloth.
•
Never let water enter the inside of the appliance when cleaning.
•
Do not use petrol, alcohol or other corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, or metal or sharp
objects to clean the exterior.
Note:
1. Clean the filter mesh (7) and the humidifier belt/frame (12) thoroughly. Empty and clean the water tank (6)
before storing the appliance for a long period of time.
2. Before the next use, clean the appliance and fill the water tank (6) with fresh water.
3. Disregarding the cleaning instructions could cause hazards to hygiene.
