13.

Guarantee

Technical defects that show up during the first 24 months will be repaired by the
manufacturer at no cost.

The manufacturer reserves the right to decide whether the unit will be repaired or
replaced. Neither repair nor replacement will change the original period of guarantee
(24 months).

When the unit is returned to the manufacturer, it must be packed in the original box,
or an equivalent shipping package.

No claims will be accepted if the unit has been damaged or has been opened by an
unauthorized individual, or if an unauthorized opening of the processing, release or
control unit has been attempted. Also, no claim will be accepted if any energy supply
other than the original battery provided by the manufacturer has been used in CYPRES.
