WARRANTY
All Low & Co products are thoroughly inspected and tested be-
fore leaving the factory. If you are not satisfied with any Low & Co.
products within 30 days purchase, return it, and Low & Co will
provide, at Low & Co’s option, a replacement or refund. Each Low
& Co products are warranted to be free of defects from workman-
ship and materials for the period of ONE (1) year from the date of
original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
Low & Co undertakes within the specified period to repair or re-
place any part of the device, free of charge
if found to be defec-
tive
by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired
or replacement products will be provided by Low & Co on an ex-
change basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be func-
tionally equivalent to new. Any refunds given will be at the price
of the product at the time it was purchased.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This limited warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts,
such as batteries that are designed to diminish over time, unless
failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches
and dents unless failure has occurred due to a defect in mate-
rials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse,
misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause and Acts of God;
(d) to damage caused by operating the product outside the user
manual or other Low & Co published guidelines; (e) to damage
caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification; (f)
theft; (g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise
due to the normal aging of the Low & Co product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY
PRODUCT WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN HANDLED OR PACKAGED
CORRECTLY OR HAS BEEN SOLD AS SECOND-HAND OR FOR
COMMUNAL USE OR USED IN COMMERCIAL OR NON-DOMES-
