When you are uncovering your car and retracting the
cover back into the device, did you make sure that the cover is
aligned in the middle of the car?
The reason why this can be an issue is because it would affect
how the cover is retracted. If the cover is leaned to one side while
it retracts (normally the side closest to you), then it would cause
one side of the roll to be much thicker than the other. This would
create a burden to the electric motor to draw even more power
from the battery, so it could trigger the safety mechanism to turn
itself off.
Solution: If you press the power button on and it still works,
then it means that there’s no fault with the device and that
it’s just the safety mechanism being triggered. If it cannot be
turned on, please contact us. If you have a problem of keeping
the cover centrally aligned when retracting because your arms
are not long enough, then please extend the handle rod when
uncovering.
