No 4.

When you uncovered your car, did it rain heavily prior?

The reason why this can be an issue is because it would affect
how  the cover is retracted. Heavy rain for a long period of time
would cause moisture to penetrate through and linger between
the  cover  and  the  car  causing  it  to  ‘stick’  together.  So  more
energy is needed to retract the cover back into the device, hence
it may trigger the safety mechanism.

Solution: If you press the power button on and it still works, then

it means that there’s no fault with the device and that it’s just

the safety mechanism being triggered. If it cannot be turned on,

please contact us.

If you have done all of the above correctly and there’s still a

problem with the performance of the product, then it could

really be a performance issue with the device. Below are some

of the common things that may occur:

No  5.  When  I  press  on  the  remote  control,  sometimes  the

retraction of the cover stutters. Why does it happen and how

do I fix it?

It could just be a signal problem due to interference from the
environment and other electronic devices.

Solution: If the pressing the button doesn’t cause the cover to be

retracted in, just let go and re-press the button. At the moment

there’s no fixing of this, but usually this isn’t an issue.
