TROUBLESHOOT/ FAQ
I want to cover my car for over 30 days, is there anything I need
to know?
If you intend to cover your car and leave it unused for a period of
30 days or more, we recommend that you take the battery com-
partment out (Instructions on how to is found in ‘Charging the
battery’ section) and store it in a cool and dry place in your house.
The reason for doing so is because the battery naturally discharg-
es over time, and so in order to avoid it running low on battery
when you uncover the car in 30 days or more, it would be wiser to
take it with you, and recharge it when you will use your car.
Water entered into the gap at the top of the device. How do I
get it out?
At the bottom of AirShroud, there is a small rubber plug. It is
normally plugged so that any excess water that entered through
the top would not leak out and soak any other items stored in
the boot. If you want to remove any excess water from inside the
main body, then pull the rubber plug out and drain out the ex-
cess water. Plug back the hole once you have finished draining.
Warning!
When attempting to remove the battery com-
partment from the device outdoors, please make sure
that it is not raining or snowing. Otherwise, there is a risk
of excess moisture entering into the gaps of the battery
compartment and causing permanent damage to the
electronic components inside.
