Adsorber Beds

The adsorbers contain the molecular sieve that adsorbs (attracts) nitrogen from

compressed air and allows oxygen to pass through as product gas (See Figure 4.4).

Main Circuit Board

Main circuit board provides signal to all the valves based on the status of the oxygen

generator.

Feed Air Dump Valve

The solenoid-operated valve is used to dump the compressed feed air for 3-5 sec

at the initial start-up and 1 sec at the start of standby mode. This removes any

pressure that builds up inside the compressor to ensure easy start-up.
