To Obtain Warranty Service
Please retain proof of the original date of purchase and contact Airocide®
or an Authorized Representative, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00
PM (EST) Monday through Friday, at: Tel: (904) 223-1008
The cost of the transportation of the Airocide® unit to and from the
Company service center, or that of an Authorized Representative shall
be borne by the Purchaser, unless Company and the Purchaser agree
otherwise, in writing. Purchaser shall be responsible for purchasing
insurance for the unit during shipping. Company shall not be responsible for
any units lost or misplaced in transit.
Exceptions & Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by alterations, abuse, misuse,
neglect, improper installation (such as connecting to an electrical power
supply source other than a clean 100-240V AC single phase electrical
power source) or non-observance of installation and operating instructions,
accidents, improper use, unauthorized repair, catastrophe/natural disaster,
and normal wear and tear.
The Warranty will cease to be valid if any of the original serial numbers are
removed or defaced or if the unit is removed from the country in which it
was originally purchased.
