moisten a clean rag with a small amount of bottled water and moisten the
inside rim of the black rubber lamp grommet. Make certain each lamp
is inserted until resistance is met, indicating that the bulb is properly
seated in the tube.
11. Close the reaction chamber door and replace the two screws. The door
will fit tightly with the lamps in place.
12. To reset the lamp replacement timer, with the outer cover off the unit,
plug the power cord back into the outlet. Turn the power switch on.
Please note that you now have power to the unit. However, the fan and
ballast will not come on since the cover safety switch has been activated.
Make sure that you do not touch any portion of the PCB (circuit board)
or any other electrical connection with the cover removed. Next, hold
the Lamp Reset Switch for 2 seconds. The yellow light should flash and
then go off. Once this occurs the lamp replacement timer has been reset.
If for some reason, the yellow LED remains on and/or flashing, contact an
Airocide service technician or the dealer from which you purchased the
unit.
13. Turn unit switch to the off position and unplug power cord.
14. Carefully replace the outer cover by starting from the User Interface
Panel side, sliding the cover openings over the panel and the Air Outlet
Port. Then, rotate the cover down until it is flush with the unit chassis.
15. Replace the screws on the outer cover that were removed in Step 2 of
the Mounting Bracket Removal process. Be careful not to over-tighten
the screws.
16. Plug the power cord back into the outlet and turn the units switch to the
“On” position. The unit should now be operating properly with the green
and blue LED status lights illuminated.
