1. Select a location and mount WH-5400CPE (CPE) on. Please refer
to User’s Guide how to mount.
2. Mount the splash prove guard and washer on outdoor Ethernet
cable (

) and connect to CPE port. Make sure the splash
prove guard is tighten up to prevent from water damage (
e
and
f
).

3. Distribute the outdoor cable wire from CPE to DC injector and
connect it to ‘To Outdoor’ port.
Note: Connect cable correctly. Wrong cable connections may
damage the switch/hub. DC-Injector carrys 12VDC power
on unused pairs of outdoor Ethernet cable.
4. Connect Ethernet cable from DC-Injector ‘To LAN’ port to switch.
Double verify connections on DC-Injectors.
5. Connect the 12VDC power to the DC-Injector
6. Use your wireless card to do a site survey; the default SSID is
airlive
.
7. To change the AP configuration, please follow the procedure below:
