OPERATION DESCRIPTION

Handling of equipment can be done if the sprayer with the sprayer equipment is properly connected to
tractor  (see  chapter  5).  Connect  hydraulic  hoses  of  sprayer  to  hydraulic  connections  of  tractor  and
connect control panel for controlling hydraulic equipment. Control of spraying equipment is performed
on a flat surface and tractor at standstill.

12.5.1

OPENING OF SPRAYING EQUIPMENT

The  equipment  is  operated  from  the  control  panel  and  by  functions  described  under  chapter  12.2.1.
When the boom  is  opened from  the transport position and moved into the working position, activate
the blocking switch (indicator lamp is red) and then lift the spray boom by using the lift switch, until it
reaches the position that activates the wheel mechanism (see the chapter  12.3.3). Now you can begin
opening the boom arms by activating the switch for opening both sides, the right or the left boom side.
The red indicator lamp comes on for the activated side. Using the levers on the tractor, simultaneously
lower both sides of the boom or beginning with the right side and then lowering the left side and vice
versa.  This  releases  the  mechanical  protections  that  prevent  the  arms  from  opening  in  the  transport
position. Release the blocking mechanism (the indicator lamp is off). Adjust the position of the spray
boom using the hydraulic levelling switch and then lower it with the other lift lever until you reach the
appropriate height.

WARNING: Opening and closing of hydraulic spraying equipment should not be
done while driving, because overturn or damage to spraying device can occur.
