DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE "B"
The directional control valve ensures a consistent operating pressure in the
system, regardless of the number of opened diverter valves of sections on the
spray boom.
The spray mixture supply to the nozzles is opened by moving the lever of the
valve (1) to position (a). When the lever is moved to position (b), the supply
to the nozzles is cut-off and the check valve is opened. If the check valve is
correctly adjusted, the amount of liquid returning into the reservoir equals the
amount of liquid used by the nozzles in position a.
The check valve can be adjusted with the nut (2).
These valves are standard equipment of the PR3 B regulator.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE "C"
Diverter valves are used to close and open individual sections of spray
booms with smaller working widths and to open and close the system
inside the main reservoir, designed for continuous mixing.
They can also be used as valves for supplying the assemblies that are
included as optional equipment of sprayers.
These valves are fitted on all versions of type PR3 pressure regulators.

ADDITIONAL DIVERTER VALVE ON THE PRESSURE LINE
The diverter valve can also be used as an additional hose connection.
