Select and tap "Stopwatch" to enter,
tap any place on the screen to start timing. Tap again to stop.

select any one of T1-T4
sliding down

slide to the left
return to the previous menu
slide to the right
clear all the data of T1-T4.
Use up/down
select any one of T1-T4 to time
Tap HOME
start/stop timing
Slide to the left
return to previous menu
Slide to the right
clear all data
Slide to the left
Return to previous menu
Slide to the right
Back to previous day
Tap Left/Right on the touch panel
Select year/month/day
Tap Up/Down on the touch panel
Go to next/previous day
