Data Generator/Analyzer Modules

To simplify the reading, the data generator/analyzer modules are called

data modules

in this manual.

The data modules generate the stimulus signals and analyze the response
signals in real time.

There are data modules that have slots for two or four replaceable
frontends. Generator and/or analyzer frontends can be plugged into these
slots. Such modules provide two or four tester channels, respectively.

The following figure shows two examples.
