This
error
is
determined

the
measurement
accuracy
of
the
LCR
meter

impedance
analyzer
used.

accuracy
of
LCR
meters

analyzers
depends
on
the
measurement
frequency
and
the
measured
impedance
value
.
Generally
,
an
LCR
meter
and
an
impedance
analyzer
can
accurately
measure
capacitance
above

pF
.
