mechanical and electrical part that is not part of a major assembly . The
following information is listed in T able 5-3:
1. Agilent T echnologies part number .
2. Description of the assembly .
P art ordering information
T o order an assembly or mechanical part listed in this chapter , quote the
Agilent T echnologies part number and indicate the quantity required.
T o order a part that is not listed, include the following information with the
order:
lightwave polarization controller model number .
lightwave polarization controller serial number .
Description of where the part is located, what it looks like , and its function
(if known).
Quantity needed.
