Wi-Fi function is activated.

Wait until the camera LED turns on.

Disable Wi-Fi function.
Cannot access EClean remote operation via
RemoteClean
application.
•
Use wrong IP address.
•
The IP address has been changed.
•
Enter the correct IP address.
•
Check your email for the new IP address
information.

Dust bin is not in place
Make sure the dust bin is properly installed.

Foreign objects in the main brush
Remove foreign objects. If the problem
persists, contact the service center.

Left bumper is stuck / Sensor failure
Flashes red four times every four seconds
Right bumper is stuck / Sensor failure
Flashes red five times every four seconds
Anti-drop sensor failure
Make sure the anti-drop sensor is not blocked.
Flashes red six times every four seconds
Left wheel is stuck / Sensor failure
Remove foreign objects. If problem persists,
