DESCRIPTION OF (GREY) BUTTONS FOR PROGRAMME SETTING
1) "Increase values" key
: to increase
the value of the selected parameter.
The value is increased by one unit
each time the key is pressed.
2) "Decrease values" key
: to de-
crease the value of the selected pa-
rameter. The value decreases by
one unit each time the key is
pressed.
3) "Cycle programming" button
: to
save a wrapping cycle.
Note: The parameters set over-
write the previous ones and are
automatically memorized.
4) "Output data"
: to display the fol-
lowing data.
– D1 cycle partial counter
– D2 cycle total counter 1.000÷999.000
– D3 cycle total counter 0÷999
Note: To cancel, press buttons (A-B) simulta-
neously with the message "D1" appears.

DESCRIPTION OF (YELLOW) BUTTONS FOR PARAMETER SETTING
1) "Table rotation speed" button
: to
set the rotation speed of the rotating
table.
2) "Film tensioning" key
: to adjust
the wrapping tension according to
the various types of load.
3) "Carriage up/down speed" but-
ton
: to adjust the reel carriage lifting
and lowering speeds.
Left LED on: indicates that reel car-
riage rising speed has been set.
Right LED on: indicates that reel
carriage lowering speed has been
set.
4) "Lifting/lowering film pull sensi-
tivity" button
: This button has two
functions. Press the button and
check which LED is on.
Left LED on: indicates that rising wrapping tension
has been set.
Right LED on: indicates that lowering wrapping
tension has been set.
