IP configuration “Wireless” (Optional)
In this menu, you can enable automatic IP configuration, or enter the following data
manually:
• IP address;
• Subnet mask;
• Gateway IP address;
• DNS server IP address corresponding to a wireless network.

By selecting Advanced, you can enter a page to set:

SSID
: wireless network identification.
•
MODE
:
Ad-Hoc
: all terminals in the network communicate with each other,
and not with a dedicated access point.
Managed
: all terminals present in the network communicate
with an access point.
•
ENCRIPTION MODE
: enable/disable encryption and allow user to set the desired key length.
•
ACTIVE KEY
: select one of four alternative keys.
By selecting the BANDWIDTH icon it is possible to enable and set maximum
bandwidth usage limits (in Kbps). These limits can be different for transmission and
reception, a very useful feature on ADSL networks.
