9. Next install the wing to the fuse with the wing
bolt. Lightly tighten the wing bolt to secure the
wing to the fuse. Now, insert the stab in the fuse.
Measure the left and right sides at the trailing
edge and center in the fuse.
10. With the trailing edge of the stab exactly centered
in the fuse, mark both sides of the trailing edge
next to the fuse with a sharp pencil as shown.
11. Use a bean bag or some other small weight to
keep the fuse from moving on the work table.
Measure from the inside of the wing tip to the
trailing edge of the stab tip on both left and right
sides. Adjust the stab so that both left and right
side measurements are equal with the stab still
centered in the fuse.
12. Without moving the stab, trace the edges of the
fuse onto the stab with a sharp pencil.
