Stage will not move
In Limit condition. Check limits (refer to Chapter 3 ) and refer to the Controller
documentation for polarity and compatibility requirements (Example: voltage
requirements).
Controller trap or fault (refer to the Controller documentation).
Stage moves uncontrollably
Encoder (sine and cosine) signal connections (refer to Chapter 3 and
Controller documentation).
Motor Connections (refer to
Chapter 3 and the Controller documentation).
Stage oscillates or squeals
Gains misadjusted (refer to the Controller documentation).
Encoder signals (refer to the Controller documentation).
