Symptom

Collet Chuck will not close

Insufficient air pressure supplied to the stage. Make sure there

are no blockages in the supply line and the pressure is high
enough (refer to

Section 2.4.

Collet not threaded in all the way. Follow procedures in

Section

2.8.

to ensure collet is installed properly

Collet Chuck will not open
