2.3 ATS VIRTUAL GENERATOR INSTRUMENTATION
2.3.1 Generator button (ATS GUI Toolbar)
When the ATS GUI toolbar Generator - (1, 2, etc) button is selected, a dr opdown menu
appears.
Generator drop down men u:
The Generator dropdown menu provides for PXI generator card configuration,
calibration factor (Path Loss Compensation) entry, and generator inst rument selection.
Scen ario bu tton:
Selects scenario mode for LOC, GS and VOR. Enables rapid changes in
DDM and Bearing values.
ADF button:
Select ADF generator operation mode.
ILS LO C button :
Select ILS Localizer generator operation mode.
ILS GS b utton:
Select ILS Glideslope generator operation mode.
MKR bu tton:
Select Marker generator operation mode.
VDB button:
Select VHF Data Broadcast generator operation mode. Provides for
Arbitrary waveform file generation from user digital modulat ion scheme
files.
VHF button :
Select Very High F requency generator operation mode.
VO R button :
Select VHF Omni-directional Range generator operation mode.
