4. Loading of a stored configuration
As described in chapter 3.1 the configuration of a met[LOG] can be stored under any name. Shall this
configuration be loaded again firstly the following line has to inserted at the end of the corresponding
file on the SD card:
{"method":"POST","path":"/config/saveconfig"}
Remark !
It is important that the file always ends with a new line(<CR> and/or <LF>)!
Then the file must be renamed into $config.cfg. It is recommended to create at first a copy of the
stored configuration for this purpose.
After having restarted the met[LOG] the configuration will be loaded.
Remark !
After having loaded the configuration file correctly it will be deleted from the SD card
by the met[LOG] automatically.
In case of having set a password and before having accepted the configuration via
SD card the password has to be handed over at the beginning of the config-file:
{"method":"POST","path":"/system/access","data":{"PWD":"abc"}}
Whereat "abc" has to be replaced by the respective password; e.g.. "1234".
5. Auto configuration
Pressing the button behind the front panel of the met[LOG] the met[LOG] turns into a auto configura-
tion mode. In the first part (e.g. 30 seconds) of the auto configuration the met[LOG] intercepts the lines
after talker telegrams.
Remark !
The auto configuration can last up to 8 minutes!
The auto configuration can be deactivated in the menu. Always after having realised
an auto configuration it will be deactivated afterwards. But at any time it can be
reactivated in the configuration menu.
The recognised parameters will be registered in the sensor list and the log list in the
order of the respective COM interfaces (COM 1-3) in the following order:
1. Wind
2. Air temperature
3. Air humidity
4. Air pressure
5. Brightness
6. Sunshine
7. Global radiation
8. Precipitation status
9. Precipitation
10. Precipitation intensity
As a name (sensor designation) the parameter and the consecutive number will be assigned.
In the visualisation the parameter of a COM interface will automatically be summed up within a group.
Alarms remain deactivated.
Remark !
During auto configuration all previous configurations (regardless of whether manually
or automatically created) will be deleted.
