Electrode pads are not
adhering to the patient
Poor surface preparation
Electrode pads expired Clean, shave, and dry the patient’s skin.
Firmly press the pads on the patient’s bare skin. Ensure that the entire pad adheres to the patient’s skin.
If poor detection persists, administer chest compression CPR if the patient is not responding, not
breathing normally, or not moving until Emergency Services arrive.
Contact nearest distributor.
Dispose of the CellAED® safely and immediately according to local council regulations.

Ensure that the location of the speaker is not covered, which could muffle or dampen the audio
(voice) prompts.
If there is no improvement, administer chest compression CPR if the patient is not responding, not
breathing normally, or not moving, until Emergency Services arrive.
