Displays the equivalent constant measurement time.

C0 freq.[MHz]:

Specifies a C0 measurement frequency.

For the C0 measurement frequency, specify a segment different

from the equivalent constant measurement range other than C0.
Example

Seg0: CENTER 9 MHz, SPAN 0 MHz, point 1

Seg1: CENTER 10 MHz, SPAN 10 kHz, point 200

The resonant frequency and equivalent constant are measured using

Seg1.

A C0 measurement is performed at a frequency much lower than the

resonant frequency using Seg0.

In this example, 9 MHz is specified for C0 freq.[MHz].

EquCkt4:

Measures the equivalent constant of four elements.

EquCkt4CH:

Measures the equivalent constant of four elements.

Before equivalent constant measurement, the frequency is read and

admittance conversion is performed each time.

The measurement time slightly increases compared with the process

using the EquCkt4 button.

C0:

Displays the parallel capacitance measurement value.

C1:

Displays the series capacitance measurement value.

L1:

Displays the series inductor measurement value.

R1:

Displays the series resistance measurement value.

Q :

Displays the element Q value.

fr:

Displays the 0-degree phase frequency.

CI:

Displays the crystal impedance (0-degree phase impedance).
