This option is used to select the test timeout.
Options are as follows:

• Disabled
• 1  minute
• 5  minutes
• 10  minutes
• 15  minutes
• 30  minutes
• 45  minutes
• 60  minutes

Pattern

This option is used to select the test pattern used by
the internal BERT. Options are as follows:

• QRSS
• ALL ONES
• ALL ZEROS
• 2 IN 8 (2:6)
• 1 IN 8 (1:7)
• 2^15-1 INV
