Getting Started

Heat Sink Installation

To install the heat sink:

1. Remove the film on top of the thermal pads. Refer to Fig-

ure 5-2: Heat Sink Installation.

2. Place the heat sink on top of the CPU and Northbridge,

making sure that the thermal pads has proper contact
with the components. Secure the heat sink using four
spring-loaded screws (provided).
