The file name in auto naming mode consists of:

WavNumber, the number will increase automatically when

user save traces.

u

If the name of the file to be saved already exists, system will promote a

warning message.

7.6 Open Saved Trace

Click [

] button on the right lower corner in OTDR interface to open saved trace

In single trace display mode, when opening a new trace, the

currently-displayed trace will be closed.

In Multi-trace display mode, user can open and display upto four traces at

the same time.

Enable/disable Multi-trace display mode in OTDR Setup by

checking/unchecking “Multi-trace” in Display Option.

u

User can open and view “.jpg” format trace though “File Explorer” on

{Program} label in AD1000 main interface. “.jpg” format trace can be also

loaded to PC for viewing.

7.7 Trace Viewing and Analysis Operation

User can zoom in/out trace, utilizing markers and marking points for trace

characterization including loss, attenuation, reflection and etc.

In trace display area, draw selection frame from left upper corner to right

lower corner to zoom in trace.

Draw selection frame from right lower corner to left upper corner to zoom
