The Telemetry Data and the Remote Control Data may be conveyed to the Italian Personal Data
Protection Authority as well as any other governmental and regulatory authorities so entitled, in
accordance with the Applicable legal and/or regulatory provisions; to advisors and professionals; to
service companies; and to any other entities to which such notices have to be conveyed for the
purposes of providing the services, and in such a way as to comply precisely and diligently with
contractual requirements and obligations imposed by current legislation. In any case, the Telemetry
Data and the Remote Control Data will not be disclosed. The complete and updated list of the
persons/entities to whom the Telemetry Data and the Remote Control Data may be conveyed and of
those who may acquire knowledge thereof as data supervisors (
“ responsabili del trattamento ” ) (the
“ Supervisors ” ), together with this disclosure, will be made available at the registered office of
Adaptica S.r.l.
Finally, Adaptica S.r.l. informs that the law grants all the Parties Concerned the specific rights that
are set out in Article 7 of the Privacy Code; purely by way of example and without limitation, these
include the right to ask for, and obtain, confirmation of whether or not Telemetry Data of one

own exist and to ascertain their origin; the purposes and modalities of the processing; and the
updating, rectification and, where required, integration of the said Telemetry Data. The Parties
Concerned may also, within the limits imposed by the law, ask for any inexact or incomplete data to
be corrected, updated or integrated and, for Telemetry Data processed in breach of the law, to be
cancelled or blocked, or oppose their utilization for justified reasons which must be indicated in the
request (pursuant to Art. 7 of the Privacy Code).
I hereby declare that I have read the privacy disclaimer set out above and specifically
authorize the processing of the Telemetry Data and the Remote Control Data for the
purposes described therein and in order to facilitate compliance with contractual and
legal requirements, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, the
