The software update ’ s size is about 120MB; with a standard ADSL/VDSL/FIBER connection the
download should take just a few seconds/minutes, depending on the connection ’ s speed.
Do not remove the MicroSD card (or the power supply/battery) during this procedure.
After the download, 2WIN-S will extract the update inside the MicroSD card; this procedure takes less than
a minute and the 2WIN will show you a waiting message until the extraction is complete.
After the extraction, 2WIN-S will prompt the request of immediate or delayed installation. If the OK button
is pressed, 2WIN-S will restart and run the system update. Press the CANCEL button to delay it (the update
will take place at the next 2WIN-S reboot).
15 Disinfection
It is always necessary to disinfect the area where the face of the patient will touch the device before any
change of patient.
Disinfection should be achieved by means of single-use disinfecting pads, such as individually wrapped sterile
Alcohol Wipes, with 70% ethyl alcohol, or other single-use antiseptic sanitizer swab, rubbing it onto all the
contact surface of the KALEIDOS mask, according to instructions provided by swab labelling, and in any case
for at least 1 minute.
The 2WIN-S is equipped with 3 disposable hygienic masks in Plastazote ® to be positioned on the product as
