The Maintenance operations must be carried out with the machine under the conditions de-
scribed in item “STATE OF THE MACHINE” in Table 6-6.1 of Programmed Maintenance.
Before carrying out any type of maintenance and/or repairs, it is necessary to isolate the ma-
chine from the electrical power supply and empty the pump and the litre counter from fuel.
The programmed routine Maintenance includes inspections, control and taking of actions,
which, to prevent interruptions and failures, keep under systematic control the lubrication
state of the machine and the state of the parts subject to wear.
These operations, even though simple, must be carried out by Qualified Personnel.
The machine has been designed to reduce to the minimum routine maintenance; it is up to the
operator to judge the state of the machine and its suitability for use.
It is recommended, nevertheless, to stop and take action with maintenance whenever a not
optimal operation is detected; this will allow always having the maximum efficiency.
Always use the special P.P.E. - Personal Protective Equipment:
• Gloves
• Non-slip shoes
• Goggles
• Mask
• Suitable clothing
